This group empowerment session is for the boho free spirit. It’s for women that want to wear flower crowns in their hair while dancing barefoot in white dresses to music playing in the background.

It’s for women that want to wear the moon and the stars and feel that deep rooted connection to the celestial side.

It’s a time to connect with other women and feel the sense of empowerment that exists as we let ourselves enjoy the beautiful stretch of longer day light hours amongst women that’ll help lift us up as we share stories.

If the weather is nice let’s have a picnic afterwards, bring something to eat and drink and the book you’re currently reading and let’s just enjoy some relaxing female companionship in the woods.

The group dynamic provides you with the support and wisdom you can only ever find amongst like minded women.

I suggest from your own personal collection to bring along:

A white/cream coloured dress. A body. A lingerie set that empowers you. A basic black or nude bra/knickers. A head piece/flower crown. Anything that encourages your mystical magic side. This is the time to also bring out those heirlooms or important memory pieces you have that connect you to loved ones.

I will be bringing a variety of headpieces, floaty material to play with, gold sequin gown, pink tulle gown and the black tulle gown.
